Our work environments matters. Our professional and educational environment.

 Friends, today we are going to learn about the environment. We are working in one place, doing business with someone, there are some students who are studying in one place. Then in that place you want to work in a certain area, with some people, you want to do your professional / educational work with those people. So, What is Environment? The definition of environment includes the company of the people in your place of work, the events that take place there, i. e. the effective incidents that take place in that place.



Whenever we are studying in a place, or doing a job, we are affected by what happens there. That effect causes some changes in us. So sometimes they are good and sometimes they are bad, but sometimes they need to be changed and sometimes they are not. E.g. We see that if someone in your family wants to go to a school or college  admission, they make that decision very thoughtfully. what is behind it? The reason is that when your son / daughter is learning,  then good, smart, students should come in his company so that he / she will also stay with them and get a good education. There will be some habitual changes gets in the children. I mean, we make some decisions like this for the educational progress in this place and we take care that the environment of those children will be good. 

Another e.g. See - Suppose you are going to work in one place, but you have some expectations, some of which are that I want to go to big cities and / or work abroad. So why this expectation? Because you may have seen that very big companies are in these cities / countries, and the standard of living of the people working there is attractive, but sometimes the luxurious life with all the services is also attractive. So what is this? This is the environment of that place. This is an e.g. Well, I don't think you should go to the same environment and get a job, do the job anywhere but work hard and make progress.



The point to be made now is, friends, that if we are working in many environments, then due to that environment some changes are taking place in us, some habits are taking over. We must continue to work to discern those habits, changes are good or bad. In the same way, sometimes when you have to come in contact with some bad or evil people, you have to be careful that some of their habits do not affect you. So sometimes you have to be aware of how long you have to stay in an environment.



Friends, you may have seen that those who are in the army  ,they are very disciplined. So is this young man already so disciplined? There may be some of them. but some of them became more disciplined after joining the army. How is that ? the answer is that their environmet has changed and they have got used to the habits of the place. Another e.g. Friends, we see that some university syllabus / curriculum is different, some teaching methods are different, so we see some difference in the students of that schools. So  the students are selected based on their merit and sometimes on the basis of their external skills. Then where there is a good school, possibly very smart, skilled / skilled students come together and then those students stay in a group and make a lot of progress. So the attraction of big universities is seen in the students. This means that everyone cares about how good their environment is.



Friends, even if you are working in the same field, the same environment , you understand some limited information, changes. So.
, Get in touch with many different people to learn about their work, work with them if possible. so that you understand their work ethic, then there will be some change in your habits, is also beneficial. Try to keep in touch with good , creative , enthusiastic and optimistic people, increase your contacts. That is, your environment will change. Due to changes in the environment, you understand the nature of work of such people, and their lifestyle. And until you start that work in the corresponding environment, that work remains as a study. So make contact with the right people in the right place / environment . Then you can lead to further progress in that work. Once more read it. Get in touch with good-natured, positive, visionary people in your company. Then make the necessary changes, make further progress.

I am Rich!

                  

      Many people think that a person who has a lot of money, car, bungalow, big property is rich. But is that really the definition of wealth/Rich? I don't think so. This is what I am saying from this blog.
    
      In fact, everyone's definition of wealth is different, let's understand from a few examples, a person who has a great physique is very rich, a person who has a lot of creative / innovative skills is rich. A person who is considered by many to be an ideal person, then that person can be a player, an actor, a professional, a politician, and sometimes your teacher / mentor, sometimes your senior partner / colleague,  some of the ideal people who are highly respected people, Some of these ideal people do not make much money. But the fans, followers, students and the respect they give to those ideal people is the wealth of the ideal people. Then of course they are rich.


     Now there are some people who are very rich, they have different group of wealth and the person is a farmer. We have often heard that food , clothing and shelter are basic necessities. We know water and food are very essential to survive. The farmer grows the food and delivers it to us so we are healthy now. Then we must respect him. The thousands/ millions of such people depends on this one farmer, which it means that the farmer is very rich. Like farmer one who such take care of the nature through plantation of some beautiful plants and make a fresh green environment. These people saves the natural resources and live together with the nature. They are also very rich. 

                                       

          One thing to note from all this is that " The man who can buy anything is not a rich. The man who can never be sold is a really rich."

The most usefull all Problem solving rule 80-20 Rule.



whatever you are doing right now, you are studying, where you are working, you are running your own business. Then you will have to deal with a lot of problems. If you are working then you are not getting time for yourself, work is not progressing, if you are a professional your business is not growing as expected and there are many customer complaints and if you are a student you are not getting the expected marks after a lot of hard work. If you are facing some of these problems very often, I hope you will find solutions to all these problems from this blog. The Wilfredo Pareto, a great economist, has stated a basic principle. This principle is called 80-20 rule, so this principle is more likely to be used in business so that business problems can be studied and solved. This principle was later renamed as Pareto principle. But this principle is no longer just used in business, we can also use it in our daily lives. So now the question is, what exactly is the 80-20 rule? - So the answer is that the result of 20% of your work is 80% and 80% of the problems are caused by 20% of the reasons. There are so many examples - one in business management is that “80% of sales come from 20% of customers”. 20% of hazards can be such that 80% of injuries or accidents occur. Some 20% exercise and habit have 80% effect.


I will now explain this rule in each area, first we will look at how this rule applies in the business sector- 20% of the customers in your business are giving you 80% profit and 80% of the complaints you get are from 20% of the customers. So if you pay close attention to these 20% customers and resolve their grievances, your business will make some profit. Also your business is growing due to certain 20% important things, work e.g. Your service, the time it takes, the quality of your product, its price, the skills of the colleagues working in your business. It is important to work on these things, not just how your company name should be, how the logo should look, as well as the politics of big co-workers, the color and shape of the tables and chairs in your office, and so on. But there are some 20% jobs like the ones mentioned above that can help you grow your business by 80%. They need attention.


Now let's see how this rule is useful for young people who are studying - there are some young people who study less and show good results, then those young people study only 20% of books and how? Some study by solving certain previous year’s papers or by noting the important points from your teacher on the questions on it, then further 80% result of that 20% effort is seen. That is, it is important to give them more time to focus on specific issues and to give the rest of the time.


This 80-20 rule states that 80% of the problems that arise in your business / job have 20% causes. So one thing to do now is to find these 20% causes and focus more on those 20% tasks so that it will solve 80% of your problems and end those problems. Now this rule is so useful that it is widely used in areas like quality inspection in the field of engineering, and therefore understands the quality of the product being produced. There will be only one building but nowhere else will it be so tall.



Hello friends, this blog is especially for those who are now working in a certain field, doing business, as well as the rest of the educated youth. Today, every young person is not just living by hard work, every young person is using their hard work as well as ingenuity. That is why they have become successful in life today.  If all these have succeeded then what? Nothing to stop now? Yes, there are many people who have achieved their goals and are sitting quietly. Admittedly, the goal has been achieved, but what is needed now is the idea of ​​"achieving a bigger goal than achieved, achieving more / more success in the same field in the same place".



What exactly is a bigger goal or more success? - It means to increase the height you have achieved in the field where you are working. So to achieve this height you have to be known as a great personality or the father of that field. It will be a great pleasure to see all this and achieve such a great success. But in fact there are very few people that can achieve great success. In order to reach great heights in your field, it is very important to be loyal to your field, as well as to show how good you are in other fields besides your field, but sometimes it will be just as wrong. So what exactly to do? All you have to do is make progress in your field, get more knowledge about your field, create innovation, create it in your field with your ingenuity.



The point is not to do anything other than your specific field, the point is to use your knowledge of that field to make your field even more advanced by using it wisely and brilliantly, Then spend your precious time gaining knowledge in this field and making new discoveries. If you are working in a new or many other fields at the same time, you will not have the knowledge and experience of the whole field in any of them and therefore you will remain an employee in that field. But the one who works hard in his field, shows ingenuity, will get excellence in that field and will also become an expert in that field in the future.



So imagine that you are currently in a small position in a field but if you survive in that field, you will one day be in a big position in that field. As one big businessman has said, "digging a ten-foot pit in the right place at once instead of digging a one-foot pit in ten places will definitely get you water" so I hope you understand this well.

What is management ? What are the principles of the management ?Business needs a proper management 1st.




      There are different types of businesses in every state in every country in the world. Someone runs a hotel and someone runs a tea stall. That is to say, the business is divided into small and big in the same way as who runs a big hotel and who starts a small tea stall. But sometimes it happens that the small stall has a big hotel tomorrow, sometimes it closes even though it is a big hotel. It all depends on the right management.
      Anyone who wants to start their own business now needs to understand the importance of management, and only then can they grow their business. 

What is management?

    Management is the art of getting work from your colleagues, from the team. If you have this art, you will definitely succeed in business.
 


It is important for every business to have a group or a few workers, to plan their work properly, to get them to work on time and accurately, to give a vision to each colleague in your business and to create a system that will make progress in the business. The sequence of all these things we must understand from the principles of management.
     

What are the principles of management?

1. Allocation (distribution) of work.
2. Balancing rights and duties, assigning responsibilities to everyone. 
3. To maintain discipline in every work.
4. There should be uniformity of every given order, so that a single officer fulfills that responsibility and no confusion arises.
 5. Everyone should have a certain direction, "If the company is first and then you are" in the leader and his group, business growth is assured.
6. Groups (teams) working in your business need to have one hand authority / centralization so that you will have the opportunity to make decisions, after making decisions, handling the chain of command and getting everyone to do the right thing.


7. Encourage every junior in the group to come up with new ideas, take the initiative, accept new ideas and make progress in business.
8. The last point should be equality, there should be one rule for everyone, seniors should not be different and juniors should not be different, there should be a sense of oneness and if someone makes a mistake, he should keep on training and inspiring that the mistake will not come back from him.

What is management?. व्यवस्थापन म्हणजे काय ? व्यवस्थापनाचे सिध्दांत कोणते ? व्यवसायत गरज आहे एका योग्य व्यवस्थापनाची 1st.



      जगात प्रत्येक देशात प्रत्येक राज्यात विविध प्रकारचे व्यवसायिक आहेत. कोण हॉटेल चालवतय तर कोणी चहाची टपरी चालवतय. म्हणजे कोण मोठे हॉटेल काढतो तर कोण छोटी चहाची टपरी सुरू करतो अशाचप्रकारे व्यवसाय छोटा आणि मोठा असा विभागला जातो. पण कधी असे होते की छोट्या टपरीचे उद्या मोठे हॉटेल होते, तर कधी मोठे हॉटेल असूनसुद्धा ते बंद पडते. हे सगळे कशावर अवलंबून आहे तर योग्य व्यवस्थापनावर (म्हणजेच Managementवर).
     जो कोणी आता स्वतःचा व्यवसाय सुरू करू इच्छितो त्यांना व्यवस्थापन (मॅनेजमेंट) या विषयाचे महत्व समजले पाहिजेच, आणि मगच तो त्याच्या व्यवसायात वाढ करू शकेल.

व्यवस्थापन (मॅनेजमेंट) म्हणजे काय?   

         मॅनेजमेंट म्हणजे काय आपल्या सहकऱ्यांकडून, टीमकडून काम करून घेण्याची कला. ही कला तुमच्याकडे असेल तर तुम्ही व्यवसायात यशस्वी होणार हे नक्की. 


        प्रत्येक व्यवसायात एक समुह असतो किंवा काही कामगार असतात त्या सर्वांचे कामाचे योग्य नियोजन करणे, त्यांच्याकडून वेळेत आणि अचूक काम करून घेणे, आपल्या व्यवसायात प्रत्येक सहकाऱ्याला दूरदृष्टी देत व्यवसायाबरोबर त्याच्या कार्यातसुद्धा प्रगती होईल अशी कार्यप्रणाली तयार करणे महत्वाचे आहे. या सर्व गोष्टींचा क्रम आपण व्यवस्थापनाच्या सिद्धांतांमधून समजून घेतला पाहिजे.

व्यवस्थापनाचे (मॅनेजमेंटचे) सिद्धांत कोणते?

1. कामाचे वाटप करणे.
2. अधिकार आणि कर्तव्य यांचा समतोल साधून,       कामाची जबाबदारी प्रत्येकास समजावून सोपवून देणे.
3. प्रत्येक कामात शिस्त ठेवणे.
4. प्रत्येक दिलेल्या आदेशाची एकवाक्यता हवी, जेणेकरून एकच अधिकारी ती जबाबदारी पूर्ण करेल आणि कोणताही गोंधळ निर्माण होणार नाही.
5. प्रत्येकाकडे ठराविक एकच दिशा असावी, " संस्था (company) अगोदर आपण नंतर " ही भावना लीडर आणि त्याच्या समूहात असल्यास व्यवसायात वाढ निश्चित.
6.  आपल्या व्यवसायात काम करत असलेल्या गटांमध्ये (टीममध्ये) एक हाती अधिकार/केंद्रीकरण असणे गरजेचे त्यामुळे निर्णय घ्यायची संधी मिळेल, निर्णय घेतल्या नंतर आदेशाची साखळी सांभाळत प्रत्येकाकडून अचूक काम करून घेणे.


7. गटातील प्रत्येक कनिष्ठाला (जुनीअरला) नवीन कल्पना मांडण्यासाठी प्रोत्साहन देणे, पुढाकार घेऊन नवीन कल्पनेचा स्वीकार करत व्यवसायात प्रगती आणणे.
8. शेवटचा मुद्दा समानता हवी, प्रत्येकासाठी एकच नियम असावा वरिष्ठांस वेगळा आणि कनिष्ठांना वेगळा असे नको, एकोप्याची भावना निर्माण झाली पाहिजे आणि कधी कोणाहीकडून चूक झाल्यास त्याच्याकडून ती चूक परत होणार नाही असे प्रशिक्षण देत, प्रेरणा देत राहणे.

लक्ष्यात घ्या, जर वरील सर्व सिद्धांत आपण अंमलात आणू तर मग आपल्या व्यवसायात वाढ होईल यात काही शंका नाही.
